Its going to be ropey your depending on the Chinese to get their act together and customs to clear it
It could be miles away from the despatching airport
It might be done fast but the 48 hour window maybe a tall order

Ron @MOIC might have a contact or may even be able to arrange it

Also Air China Cargo Heathrow might be able to help

I dont have any vans out there returning to Exeter this afternoon but maybe in the morning 🤣🤣🤣

    I guess so?
Why would they not be? Judty trying to understand if they do or don't.
It is promotional products, not food or hazardous.

Printed material or samples? Anything that has to be cleared is invariably at the whim of the customs authorities, and if it contains anything that requires inspection (or they decide they want to inspect it), that could result in delays.

But Fedex and DHL have a lot of experience with printed materials. These are the companies that used to ferry emergency documents all over the world.

Air cargo is the quickest way, if your supplier understands the process, has the correct documents and you're prepared to collect, which has it's own issues. You'll 'waste' a day at Heathrow.

My advice is to get your supplier to check the big 3, DHL, UPS & FEDEX for the quickest way (3/4 days, depending on the product), delivered door to door.

Except of course the 48 hour deadline has now passed. It’s now 36 hours. Unless of course @smithster1 has already got the package on a plane back to the UK.

This is why businesses need express freight strategies in place ready for the go when the go needs to be actioned 👍

    Hi all, thanks for replies.
I called UPS, their 48h is £125 for 1.2k small package, their 4 day is £24. Need to speask with supplier.
As depending what city it was collected from naturally.
Failing that will need to take a risk on the 1-3 day (my own client has an event on and I need goods, check, photograph and send my client.
    Thanks.
