Hi,

I'm looking for an 0800 number provider but there seem to be so many companies out there that provide them and they all seem to price then in different ways making it difficult to compare them to each other.

So can anyone recomend a provider?

Preferably looking for something with monthly fees with inclusive minutes and no setup fees.

Thanks.

Hi There

If you need to track your advertising response, we offer 0800's with tracking for just under £10 per month, your minutes would be extra though. It very much depends if you want to measure your response on this telephone number, as we provide web to call tracking that shows visitors that have called rather than enquired or purchased online.

Hope you find what you are looking for.

This service sounds really good. I just checked out your website. At the moment i'm paying a fixed fee of £19.99 pm from Ereceptionist. Plus 12.5p per minute to divert to my mobile.

If i wanted to switch over to voipfone, could i transfer my existing 0800 numbers?

I would recommend using Ereceptionist, as you can manage your account online, divert to different numbers etc. However voipfone sounds good value for money.

It's possible from the major telcos but less likely from the smaller as they tend not to have porting agreements in place. But often the smaller companies get their numbers off bigger ones so porting is possible.

If you email support at voipfone co uk with the full number, we'll check whether it can be moved.

You can do that with us too.

I researched a decent priced 0800 number and found www.thenumbergroup.com

No fixed costs and the per minute prices are very reasonable. I have used them for over a year, and found no catches. When I moved office it was no problem to change the redirect number.

I have no other connection to them, just a happy customer.

We also use them, and found them very good for money... Think thats the wrong website for them?
