I see that you do noise surveys, hearing testing and other health n' safety bits nationwide.
You must accumulate vast amounts of paper that must be legally kept for a minimum number of years. If you are not currently electronically archiving but just storing them in filing cabinets then you are potentially pronec to losing them to fire, flood or mis-placement.
