CRM and Website integration

    Hi
    I’m struggling to work out the best CRM to use. I have built my website in Wordpress, tried using mail chimp for email subscribers but don’t know if this is the best option as they seem to want you to upgrade just to use the email automation feature

    Before anyone can advise you, we need to know what you want to do!

    Mailchimp can help with CRM but it isn't CRM!

    Why wouldn’t Mailchimp want to charge for a service? They have a lot of free tools but automation requires additional resources that costs money.

    Why do you need automation? What are you trying to achieve?

    The best CRM to use depends entirely on your business.

    What industry are you in? How big is your business? Are you using it for marketing, lead generation or simply as a customer database? Are you going to need to integrate it with other systems? What can you afford?

    Ask yourself these questions and you'll whittle the options down to a shortlist. Don't be afraid to ask for demos from vendors!
