Tips on running a small removal and delivery business in central london???????

Original Post:

I have been opened my own removal & courier company in central london, i have been getting most of my business from residential and small business customers. I would like to further develope my business customer base and get contracted by big players in the market. Also generate more local residential and business sales leads. Could you please advise on how i can achieve that and what are the neccessary steps to take to reach my goal.

Spend money on advertising. Billboards are a good way to attract attention.

Great suggestions so far. Flyers in high traffic areas are worth the effort. Look at supermarkets, libraries, estate agents, malls, etc. Online advertising where you can specify a specific area of London with a potential offer for first time users of your removal company. I have worked with a removal company and being active on local Facebook groups have worked well for them, alongside Google ads and flyers, and they are based in a much smaller city.

London is a really good place for this type of business everyone appears to do well
Working to get to the top of google is the most effective idea Google business and seoing your site . It might cost a bit of money but worth it in the long run if your in Central London

I view this a pretty serious opportunity due to your location

    Build your credibility:
    • Check your website for grammar errors
    • Get a landline number
Get a call to action on your website and call your target contract clients

Not just that, there is a long list of things need sorting on the site and GBP. The first of which would be to dump the stock images.

    Hey there,

There are loads of things you can do, like some of the others have pointed out.
I would always recommend looking at some of the live training offered by google's Digital Garage can help. with bits of useful advice. Based on your current customer base, use that to help build your ideal customer profile for larger companies. This will help when you are targeting them for cold outreach.

If you can try and get some testimonials from current clients, will help too.
