I'm only a small time dealer with about 4 or 5 cars.

Does anybody know Any reasonable priced ecommerce solutions...? Ideally linked to eBay and AutoTrader etc so I don't have to manually list on all of them.
Also so I can link to a website when posting on Facebook etc

try joining car dealer forum theres posts on this subject they are all set up to direct feed to flea bay etc. think clickdealer we use

Why ecommerce?

What you need is a listings platform as most buyers will prefer to do a bank transfer, cheque or cash. If you want ecommerce with credit card payments you will need a payment provider and probably a monthly service charge.

Autotrader also do such sites, but at only 4-5 vehicles, the costs are going to be high, even for a feed onto autotrader from elsewhere. Be warned, autotrader change their terms and rates many times a year, and they charge a small fortune.

Looking at some of your competitors will give you plenty of options regarding other companies you can use.

Just a note to say most of the big acquirers in the UK will not entertain merchant/payment services for this sector unless there is a permanent forecourt which they can visit for approval.
