I can't +1 Hostgator. I've got an account with them and so do some of our clients (for whom we manage and monitor the websites). They've lately started to have prolonged outages and for one of the accounts the nameservers seem to crash every once in a while for quite a few hours.
digitalocean is indeed great. We already have a VPS with them in their Amsterdam datacenter and it's working great. We get at least 99.6% uptime (measured externally). It's almost the best I've ever seen, and it's certainly the best for the money.
@astutiumRob - it is indeed the amount of data transfered, but it's usually refered to as bandwidth.
We currently only use 12-24GB of data transfer on any one of our servers, but it's going to work as a proxy server to our in house datacenter so it might use more.

Also just before the ending tag of the wrapper you'll need to add something like <div style="clear:both"></div> so...
Maybe we were doing it worng( I mean SEO). SEO was about fooling the search engine as opposed to making the site more relevant and that's what Google's trying to fight against. Sure there are big players out there that are hard to fight against, but the general terms aren't the only way to go...
I presume the virtual number is available over a VoIP line.
If that's true there are two options:
1. use a voip client for your phone and login with the username and passowrd provided by the phone number provider. The downside to this is that your mobile carrier will have to allow VoIP...
Random failures are usually caused by faulty memory. Windows is really sensitive to that so it'll crash if there's a problem reading/writing certain sections of memory. You might want to try getting it cleaned up. If a lot of dust gets into the memory slots it sometimes blocks the electrical...
I suppose logging out and logging in again with a different account should do. You can always use two different e-mail addresses for two accounts so there's no way in which Twitter will know it's the same person using two accounts.
