be careful as you wont actually get unlimited minutes and by using the type of service you have chosen, you can only be on one active call at a time. not much good if you have staff also wanting to make outbound calls.

We come across this all the time. What we do is a detailed investigation and if i see a patten of this where they never file company returns etc and get closed done and then start up another company.

I have read this topic from start to finish and here is my view.
1) it sounds like the OP is or has not been keeping accounting records or he would be able to complete the VAT returns.
2) He has not filed VAT Returns
3) i suspect he has also not filed company accounts.
Where do we stand if a customer trading under a limited company under contract for services changes its company name and not informing us?
Do we request a new contract to be signed or treat it as an update to the account being the company number remains the same?
