Telecoms Software Required

I'm on the lookout for a PHP based application that we can run on our servers to help manage our telephone number porting.

There are a few important features that i would like listed below

• Customer and Staff Access
• Assign Number Ports to customers
• Add / Edit New Number Ports, detailing all the numbers that form part of the number port, any number routing info etc.

is there any such software which i can purchase?

I am not aware of anything off-the-shelf that does this but if you are interested in having something bespoke written for you please contact me. Note that 'bespoke' does not have to mean expensive; I am happy to talk about a use-based cost especially if it is either something I can use myself or if you are prepare to talk to me about buying my wholesale voip services, minutes, etc.
