Any ideas how to trouble shoot?
I have 2 voiphone, a Yealink and Cisco. The Cisco more often than not doesn't ring on incoming calls. Otherwise it functions normally, outgoing calls and call it as an extension.
The account (at voipfone ) is all set up correctly and has been check by their support.
Originally the phones were connected by a switch to a single port.
But I changed that to eliminate the switch from the problem, and now have them daisy chained. Yealink to Cisco.
I will try switching the chaining Cisco to Yealink, see if it makes a different.
Its almost as though there is not enough 'power; to make both phones ring, but that is ridiculous thought in a digital world.
