I'd agree with the above too. I've been working with clients for 25 years and whenever they ring or email me it's "me" that answers them, it's "me" that speaks to them. They know they get answers from the horses mouth and not from any one of a bunch of unknowns within an office.

I used to recommend other SEO's when I was too busy to slot new work in but it became very common that those other SEO's always let the clients down, so suggesting anyone these days is a best guess risk.
