    My uncle has got his domain and hosting with a company called Web Mania however he can't access his site. I've had a look into it and it appears the domain expired in November but Web Mania have billed him for it and he's paid. I've tried to contact Web Mania but they aren't answering the phone...

    Just had a phone call from Yahoo offering a spot on their Yahoo Local Business listings for £200 for top spot, or £99 for the top five for 6 months. My instinct is saying no, but I was wondering if anyone has gone with a listing and was it worth it?

    Intel E6400 idle temperature

    That sounds about right to me. I've seen a dual core machine where the headsink was badly installed and it was running at around 90c idle. The machine apparently, would run for days at a time without errors.

    The title reminded me of a computer I had that booted within a couple of seconds and loading programs that would normally take a few seconds was loading within less than half a second. I really couldn't explain it. Tried to find out what was going on but when a restarted the machine is behaved...

    Personally I would purchase a domain and some hosting, which you can get for less than £30 a year. It will make your business look more professional. Take a look at www.tsohost.co.uk. I've used them for just under a year now and their service and support have been amazing.

    AVG killed my netbook, although the specs were lower than the OPs. In the end I went with Avast.

    How do you switch off?

    Fishing, its only the real time I can switch off. I normally keep my ideas stored on my laptop in OneNote, although I'm getting pee'd off a little just lately because I keep having these awesome ideas when I'm driving, but by the time I found some where to safely pull over, the ideas gone.
