Don't want to spoil the fun, but there's a lot of competition in this field. How would you manage to compete with Amazon, Dropbox, Rackspace's Cloud drive, there are probably a lot of other big ones?

Will this be a service for personal of business use?

Good question

The way I look at this is like this. The vast majority of PC owners be they home or business users just want a service that is reliable, simple to use and cost effective. All of the companies you mention offer this but the question remains HOW do they get that service across?

That is where our USP will lie in the customer service side of things. Yes perception does play a large part but operating in the hosting industry door the last 6 years has shown me that it doesn't matter who you are, if the service level is as good as it can be, perception goes out of the window.

It will be aimed at business as well as personal users by the way
