Hi,
I am helping someone with a startup and the plan is for a full virtual office.
There will be need for paper based communications so we are looking for a service that scans and can forward snail mail.
Apart from Skype for calls, what other tools have people found helpful for running a full...
Make sure it is opt in or true B2B or you could get sued :)
I am currently taking one action and helping on another.
I also know of a few who have won.
It does happen !
If your domain name is not worth £250 to you then its hard to think you are that serious about it
I have spent 6 figs on domains - a serious name can make a serious impact.
That is why I said 'old paper based process'. Old meaning in the past etc etc
check the registrant correction via Nominet as its cheaper than a DRS if it goes to a decision full / default.
Nope thats wrong.
Nominet will create an account for him as part of the 'registration correction' process.
I have done it many a time for myself and clients, using the old paper based process and online services system.
Risky domain name due to the trademark in it.
there is case law where companies have gone to court to claw back earnings made due to passing off using TM names.
Due to the exact match nature of the domain that is where the value lies.
Or:
- http://www.nominet.org.uk/registrants/maintain/transfer/non-chargeable/ you can request nominet to do a 'registrant correction' where you sign an indemnity form.
- DRS them , its free to start and you would win.
Nominet can solve this for you without the cooperation of the third party.
British Internet users are six times more likely to choose a .co.uk rather than .com address when looking for information via an Internet search engine"
"62% believe a .co.uk address suggests a company is local or more relevant than a .com"
