    There is no benefit to the supplier for under invoicing the goods, if a supplier lowers the invoice value it is for the benefit of the consignee so he does not have to bear heavy amount of custom charges, so if you DO want to pay high custom charges, you can ask the supplier to dispatch goods on...

    Company In Holland Using Our Business Name & Doing Exactly The Same Thing... Legal Rights?

    If the company in Holland is not yet Registered with that name then i guess you can take action against them but if they already got the trademark prior to you then i highly doubt you could be able to do anything...
