Thats a tricky question. It probably depends on how high up the employment ladder you are and whether confidence is a prerequisite for the job.
For instance if its just the first rung on the ladder they would probably expect you to be nervous but if you are higher up confidence is what they are...
I havent got any first hand advice but my guess is that they would begin by recruiting a number of people to have conversations and get things going. Then it would probably take off from there.
Along with this a good online marketing campaign would get people there in the first place?
I find it very hard in telephone interviews due to not having any eye contact. One thing I can say is that believe it or not a smile carries over the telephone so if you smile it will help the interviewer to warm to you! Good Luck!
