What's that got to do with it? Why would someone buy something that doesn't adhere to the Terms of Service of the site and could get taken down at any point. If the sites are explicitly stating you shouldn't do it, why would you try and do it?
Ok, that's got a few more followers. As mentioned, I don't know if there's really much point of trying to sell the profiles. I'm pretty sure it would be against bother Facebook and Twitters Terms of Service, as well as being annoying for the people who have followed your company.
Also, be a bit a bit wary. A lot of the people will overstate the earnings potential - in real life it's pretty difficult to make a ton of money through something like PPC on some of the products they want you to sell.
I don't understand... Surely they're people that are interested in your brand/company so how can you sell the pages? If don't notice that the page has been changed to another company then what use would they be to anyone...
