  What's the underlying issue here? Any creditor owed £750 or more is entitled to wind up a company. What is the company's view? I can't see you can sue if there is a genuine debt that particular creditor is chasing. The company could object but prob not creditors

  Can a group of creditors form a group and sue 1 particular creditor that brought a winding up petition over the one debt.
