    You should do 301 redirects for the pages with changed url. Unfortunately the html tags and page structure will probably change and there will be some change on the pages themselves. In my opinion this could inpact the google rating also

    Hello Austin, Excel uses your Windows settings. So you can change this in your Windows Control Panel, uder "Regional Settions" -> Region -> Additional Settings -> Currency symbol (the links are for Windows 8.1)
