    We use a visitor's book, like B&B's or public buildings use. When we remember we give it to our customer's for them to write their own comments about our sevice. Saves messing with bits of paper, although if we get letters we stick them in the book.

    I believe that it is not so much a case of a 'Good' bank account but which for you represents the best option. We have an Abbey / Santander account and if I thought that anyone else on balance was offering anything better, well we would have changed like yesterday and some! My review is Jeeping's.
