    Have to say EFM. If you have a book broadband provider the do get an SLA. Try a good UK based company such as Zen.

    I need some advise about employing a member of staff. In Wales they have a scheme where you can employ someone for around 6 months where thier wages are paid by the goverment. This is in the hope that you will be able to employ them at the end. I know it's a little more complicated than that...

    We use Zen and at least 30 customers I know use zen as well. You pay a little more, but get good service from uk based staff
