Invoicing advise

Hi

I am a sole trader and run a small company which we will call company A. I have another website called company B.

Now can I sell it's thought the company B site but invoice as company A to avoid confusion on my part. Otherwise what should I be doing.

Company B trading as Company A, or have separate invoicing (if I understand your question)

I want to make my accounting easier so want to say on the site of company B that all invoicing will be done by company A.

When I say company B. basically it's a website with a different name.

As 123Simples says your invoices should be headed up Company B but there is no reason company A cannot do the bookkeeping. More details here
