Firstly i take my hat off to you for starting your business at just 15.
If you haven't got hundreds of thousands to spend you have to think outside of the box dude.
Personally, with this kind of product, its going to have to be pretty special to get the kind of buzz you need...
1) start posting interesting content on your facebook wall - nothing worse than visiting a drab page (eg competitions, book of the week, quote of the week etc etc)
2) once you have a good idea of content etc create a post inviting people to the library make sure you put a link to a register...
to what gain did you receive in posting such a pointless and unhelpful comment.
my advice would be;
if he is confident that he can improve their rank then why not offer some form of money back if he doesnt manage to get them to the top of certain rankings? i.e.
