    W3C compliant

    Fixing the issues would be recommended to the is 100% W3C compliant. I don't beleive this will affect SEO but nobody really knows if it does or not except the likes of Google.

    Server recommendations please

    Tagadab are very good. We have just moved our servers there! We get personal service and technical expertise, and the prices are good. The server includes Plesk if you want it.

    MS SharePoint / Exchange (hosted)

    Microsoft hosted services are very good. Eitex are Microsoft BPOS resellers and have set it up for many clients. The rates are very good which makes it a very cost effective solution. Also, there is a level of SPAM filtering with Exchange which works very well indeed.

    CRM Package

    Microsoft CRM is very good. It has an SQL back-end which allows it to be integrated with most systems including telephone systems, accounts systems etc. Scribe is a commonly used software package that interfaces between different systems and presents the results back via CRM.

    As far as I'm aware it's not illegal, but you may be challenged at some point in the future? Mis-spellings work, i.e. Vodaphone instead of Vodafone.

    you could have the 'framework' developed by a professional which is SEO compliant etc for much less, and you will in the content yourself if you are able to?
