CRM Package

Hi all

Looking for some advice i'm looking for a CRM package that will allow me to access different systems relating to different clients, ideally this will also be able to be integrated with the phone system aswell so that depending on which number is dialled in on i can immediately see which clients product it relates to. Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi,

When you say that the system will 'allow me to access different systems relating to different clients' are you after different databases for different groups of clients or are you looking for a couple of systems for yourself that would be doing different things?

On the telephone front: we supply a product called ProspectSoft CRM that links to phone systems via TAPI and can be configured to pop up with their screen when the customer calls in. I think salesforce also has that functionality so that might be worth looking in to.

Hi there,

From what you say Microsoft CRM will do what you want. We have it integrated with our phone system, once a call comes in CRM can bring up the relevant record, which saves time and increases our level of client service.

It is available in on premise and hosted flavours which gives many options over a strictly on premise solution one of which is significantly reduced cost, it can be available from around £30/month (depending on exact system make up)

I have also used ProspectSoft CRM in the past and found that it was great for linking to our phone system. But its also worth think about what eles you need?

One of the main reasons we chose ProspectSoft was that it intergrated to our accounts system.

Microsoft CRM is very good. It has an SQL back-end which allows it to be integrated with most systems including telephone systems, accounts systems etc. Scribe is a commonly used software package that interfaces between different systems and presents the results back via CRM.
