the database file is located in the same folder, just want to be able to connect without using dsn as the hosting company does not support dsn.

The database was designed with access, dsn was used originally for the connection. That will not be the case now because the server I am moving the files to allow a connection like the one below:

There is a security chip embedded in the systemboard. Removing the CMOS/Backup battery will not erase the information stored in the chip. The information is not stored on the hard drive either.
Like I mentioned earlier removing CMOS battery on this model is a complete waste of time. If toshiba cannot provide a backdoor pwd simply replace the motherboard.
