having a keyword heavy site doesn't necessarily mean that you're spamming...you just have to use them carefully..have enough keyword on a page and make sure you link them internally and that will do the trick..
boxby, you're fine with whatever you've mate. just make sure that if you want to add more than 70 chars in the Title tags then don't have your primary keywords after the first 70 chars..you don't get penalised for it..Google just doesn't read after certain number but other SEs do...
First of all, please make sure that your site content is right. Optimise content property so that they relate to your on site and targeted keywords. And try having separate pages for your products and services. Don't waste title tags space putting your company name...
