I really don't think their claim has any substance at all, and i think that's partly indicated by their trying to claim things that aren't really relevant instead of listing actual losses - because I don't think there are any.
There is no evidence just wild assumptions...

Google.co.uk delivers results relevent to UK customers, so for example, .co.uk domains or domains set to the uk as their geographical preference. Basically UK customers generally want to deal with UK companies.

It is a huge relief on our part to have it finished, I'm just slightly worried about possible backlash from her victimising herself at our expense, but hopefully that won't happen & if it does we always have the legal route to pursue, even if its just a warning shot.
