What to do?

I have a domain promotionalprint.co.uk that has been online a while and brings in a couple of orders every month.

It is placed on page 1 of google for the search terms "promotional print" & "promotional printing".

This website on this domain is old and to be honest I only want to concentrate on Stationery Direct for now.

I have deleted the site and put a redirect to stationery directs homepage for now, however...

Will this cause me problems, eg in time google will realise this and it will get dropped from the listings.

Another idea I thought was to have a landing page with a link to stationery direct at the top and then maybe some google PPC thingies where I could possibly earn a few quid for a while whilst I decide what to do with the domain.

What do you think is best? What would you do?

You might find it rapidly drops off page 1 if you replace the content with ads. Why not just amend the old site & make it more of an information site with links to your other site & adwords/etc?

Adwords, thats what I meant, not PPC thingies.

Basically I have already deleted the old site :-( and I have a million other things that I am doing at the moment and just have no time.

Just looking for the best solution for the time being.

Any other ideas?
