Try PDF Cubed http://www.pdfcubed.com/ you get 100GB for £10.00 a month. it makes all your documents searchable too. We use it for some of our customers its really good
I've never had any issues touch wood. With any VPN tunnel the internet connection at both ends needs to be stable. The drayteks are good at re-establishing a connection if it does drop out.
For me these are the best small business routers on the market that offer a ton of features out of the...
Hows it going? Just a thought you may want to ask the leased line provider to open the ports on the cisco router if they are not open already. Setting up a LAN to LAN VPN with drayteks is quite simple. I would put my money on a firewall issue.
Sounds like a problem with a router along the way. This has happened to us before a client in spain not being able to access any sites on our ISP. After a couple of days it started working again.
Very difficult to blame anyone when its a piece of kit along the way.
This is what happened to...

If your are wanting to do this on the cheap with basic redundancy which would only be good for a few users i would.
You would need an decent broadband connection with a static IP for remote connections.
Set-up a domain name that points to your static IP
open ports on your router
Purchase a...
No problem at all, that's what we use exchange accounts and yes you would need a hosted exchange account or office 365.

Let me know how you get on.

Is there email in the Ryan@ data file?
If not you can just create a new outlook profile and start again.
If there is mail in there you will either need to export the email and import when you have finished setting up your email on the new profile or relink the old data profile to the new...
Are they all POP accounts?
Sounds like a corrupt outlook profile. :(
It now gets even more technical as you have to setup a new outlook profile, move/relink the data file, add your mail account.
How to add a new outlook profile...
