I'm from Northern Ireland - say I want to buy something from your business (be it a service, or physical product):
What are the biggest challenges / roadblocks you face in selling to NI? e.g. rules, declarations, red tape, shipping etc.

And secondly - assuming we can't remove said red-tape, is there anything top-of-mind that would enable you to either start selling to NI or make selling to NI easier / cheaper?

Thanks for the insight!

There are no problems. It's mainly credit unions and they tell me what they want, pay and I deliver.

Why do you feel there are particular issues in trading with NI ?

Not heard of GSPR then ?

Nope. I have heard of the GPSR though.

Today both Royal Mail and Parcel Force have written to me (as an account holder) telling me what I need to do to comply with the Windsor Framework and continue to supply NI. Their link send me to the GOV.UK page entitled

Sending parcels to and from Northern Ireland

There is a lot of reading to do.

Fortunately, we're sending non-restricted goods to consumers in NI, so doesn't look like any additional requirements needed beyond the HS code.
