I hope this is the correct forum.
I have been an Ebay member for 11 years, and use it to buy items formy business on a regular basis.
I purchased an item for £1200 recently. Then, for a reason I don't understnd, Ebay have suspended my account.I called them to discuss why, but they point blank refuse to discuss it.I genuinely have no idea what I'm supposed to have done wrong.
My issue is the item is faulty, but I can't return it via ebay because of the account suspension. Ebay refused to give the seller's details.
I can't see how this can be legal. Why should I suffer a big loss on a faulty item becuae they decided to close my account?
Is it possible to sue Ebay? has anyone tried it?
