When working as a sole trader, the legal entity is you, and you certainly still exist.I was just unsure if Uber could tell me that since the sole trader business doesn't exist anymore, they'd no longer have to pay me what I am owed.
All orders are paid online so we never collect payments from customers. At the end of each month Uber pays us while keeping their commission.I'm curious how Uber owe you money? My understanding was that they send you the orders and you pay them a percentage commission?
In answer to you question, as above - if they owe you the money, it still stands regardless of you creating a Ltd company
