    The directory is available for upgraded membership only (options shown here) and is part of Business Membership. Looks like you haven't been around for a while; been a few changes ?.
    If you wish to upgrade we'll need to choose which business listing you want to keep and remove the other. That way it will then show on your profile card and on all your forum posts (see the office image and link below my profile image on my reply here as an example).

    All links are no-follow. There are no exceptions.

    To edit or delete a directory listing click on the ellipsis to the top right of your listing and you will see a whole load of tools.

    They have always been no-follow. Nothing has changed.

    Even if they ware followed the SEO benefit is virtually zero. In fact most links from anywhere have little value. Google just ignores them unless they are referrals, citations or reviews.

    I've now upgraded. Please remind me how to update one listing and delete the other.
    I've deleted the other one for you now.

    BTW, when I click the link in the email notification about your response (View thread button) I get a privacy error unless I'm already logged in.
    Can you take a screenshot of this and send details of your browser setup to [email protected] on this and we'll try to replicate and see what's happening.

    Thanks for deleting the other one but I still need to update the current one. How do I do that?
    In the bottom left of the listing information you want to click on the [edit] option as per;

    The edit link isn't there when I view it.
    Ok something broke. I've deleted that one and you should see the option to create a new listing, and I have sent you a DM of the listing details of the one I have deleted to save you retyping :)
