I want to create some info capture forms.

Start off with a handful of yes/no questions, where if answered yes a whole host of subsequent questions appear.

Is there software out there to handle this without the need to be a coding genius?

    Gravity Forms is great but a paid for plugin (you get what you pay for)

    Other ones to look at are Formidable Pro and Ninja Forms, both have free options, I haven't used either in anger, but I know Ninja has 'conditional logic' that you are looking for.

    You could consider using Oracle APEX with Oracle XE Database, which is all free-of-charge (technical restrictions of 1 Processor, 1 GB Memory and 11GB HD apply to this edition of the database, but the next edition up is Oracle Database SE1, which is very reasonably priced for small commercial use).

    It's the next logical step on from Oracle Forms & Reports and is easy to pick up and would be very capable of performing what you require.

    You would need a certain amount of PL/SQL experience to do anything more complicated though.

    You can get responsive form building software built into a number web development solutions, which also offer CRM / design & eCommerce management in one pack. You certainly don't need to be a coding genius. An example of this is It'seeze, who do web design in Basingstoke;

    I would recommend this to people in need of simpler web dev solutions, as well as forums and form building stuff. Depends whether you need the whole package though.

    We have a forms + database builder - it's free for up to 2 users. It's responsive and can be used inside our app or embedded into your own website. It supports 20 different field types so you can build any type of form.

    We have customers using it for small databases through to one with over 1M rows so it's very capable. Check my sig for information.

    If all you require is the ability to capture data, store the data for retrieval via a downloadable spreadsheet, receive a copy via email and integrate the form in with mailchimp for future emarketing then the fully responsive websites from itseeze Camberley is a straightforward option. Simple to set up and edit (if you can post here you can edit an itseeze website)

    No it's not.

    It may be clever and easy to use but it's SAAS and difficult to style to integrated with your theme. Far simpler to use a form plugin/extension for the platform you are using. Which as you can see from Kevin's reply in June is exactly what he is doing.
