If i add a links page and no follow the links to the sites that link to me does that still devalue the do follow link i recieve?

Or maybe even robot.txt it so the page does not get included in the index?

Well i was planning to use for the adsense stuffed directory types that beg you to reciprocate your links, im not a fan of direct swaps. I just can't work out if google will still give the link i recieve one way status.

Might as well give it a try, whats the worst that can happen eh.

Google isn't that daft. It will see the links page and a whole bunch of no-follow links to spammy directories and simply ignore all the inbounds. A complete 100% waste of time.

I really can't understand why you continually look for short cuts to improve your ranking when all it would need is a bit of work on the actual site to propel you up the charts.
