A few months back I had cause to speak to a lawyer about suing for liable and defamation (All the evidence is written and saved so there can be no dispute as to what was actually written and therefore only a defence or justification is required) from what i recall!
The advice was that since the entity in question had no money it was a pointless exercise to go to court at the time and to wait until there was either liquid cash or assets that could be liquidated or a consistent income otherwise nothing would happen.
Times have changed and right now I would be looking to go forward with this process, anyone on here able to point me at a good firm I would appreciate a pm
