I’m going to start using Xero Payroll in April, just not sure how the holidays work, our staff all work part time hours and their holiday entitlement includes bank holiday, whats the best way to setup their holiday hours? Do I put the hours accrued annually lower or deducted it from balance or will their holiday group remove the hours?
