Quick spots:

1. You ask me to create an account before I even know what you do.
2. I scroll down and see $$$ so I think is only for the USA
3. The demo requires me to login - I expected to see a demo.
4. The homepage has a huge grid of core benefits but none of them lead anywhere. So I can't see examples of how the Claim Verification works.
5. No company details or address
6. The help centre needs me to login - when I hoped to see a KB or online guides.
7. No pricing info

I'll take a better look tomorrow when I have more time.

Thanks for getting back to me I will get those things changed.

Unfortunately the demo section does need a username and password as it is more for live demos with potential clients to show the platform, which isn't something I can really change.

Here are my 2cents:
  • I like the clean design.
  • The 'We're here..' widget is a bit aggressive. I'm pretty sure you can configure that widget to popup with a message if someone is on your site for X period of time.
  • Your customer reviews would have more weight if they were from Trustpilot or Google Reviews.
  • If you gave people a numeric value of how much money, time they could save using your product i think that would be better.
Regards,

Mak

Hi Mak,

Thank you for your comments. I have adjusted the live chat widget to be much smaller, and agree it looks much better now.
We do hope to get the reviews implemented with Trustpilot once we become larger.
Regarding the numeric value, it is very difficult to put a number on it with so many factors.

With my other business, I save around 5 and 10% as we are quite a high volume international shipper.

Is your primary target market USA? ... If NOT £'s would be better and of course you could have different landing pages depending on the origin of visitor.

A DEMO without having to provide an email address would be smarter as anybody with any sense will give you a control email address for spam so you will not benefit anyway. Let people hear your story before you RESTRICT them. :)

FORGET EVERYTHING ABOVE
There is some good advice but you are missing the most important factor and that is making contact with the potential client.

Change your homepage or add over a splash page to say something like
"see how our customers are saving on average 22% but following these 7 rules"
or words to that effect.

You need to build a relationship with people, get their email address, send them support, take them to a webinar where you solve their problems and keep asking them to contact you.

Hi Guys,

I hope some of you can take a look at our new website and give any feedback, please?

It is www.couriercashback.com

Many Thanks

Hi All,

I am sorry for the huge delay in getting these changes done to the site. We have been hard at work making changes to the website amongst many other things. Any members who are able to take a look to give us some feedback would be appreciated.

This is a very old thread. Rules have changed in the intervening years.

Thread is now closed
