Wrong Phone Number

Hi,

We purchased a 0800 4 months ago, just to use on our website only. Since Christmas we have been getting calls for a 24hr property service company heating, plumbing locksmiths etc. At first we thought people were dailing incorrect, after speaking to more of the callers turns out it is wrong the top part of the invoice and the correct number on the bottom.
Incorrect part is end part of number is ending our is 118 theirs is 188.
We did emailed the company last week, but have heard nothing from them.
Any advise on what to do next, as it is a 0800 number it is costing us money.

Hi,

Some days one, today 5 calls. Not a lot, but as it is 0800 it is costing us, and then explaining to callers about the nuber mix up.

The reason i ask if it is a national company or a local company as there maybe a local builder who would take it over from you for a small fee
