WP Plugin recommendation

Hi

I'm after a WP plugin that lets readers subscribe with a date function, and will then send a standard email once a year on a specified date.

Does anyone know of anything that would do that.

Effectively, its the same logic as a membership renewal, but i guess the interface bit is a bit different.....

I have used Subscribe2 in the past but I'm don't remember if it allows certain dates.

You might have more success using a dedicated newsletter system like PHPlist, matched up with a PHPlist WordPress plugin.

A little bit of an ugly-duckling, but works very well and free! It wouldn't take too much effort to offer a choice of lists based on month/date.

Subscribe2 is a wordpress plugin enable users to subscribe with email notification whennever a new content or post written in a category to which he has subscribed . Now the point is if we schedule the post of that category yearly the subscriber will get yearly notification &post post scheduling is wordpress core feature means admin can schedule word-press posts of specific category

Yea, that's not really what i'm trying to do. I'm trying to get each subscriber to get an email on a date specific to them. which could be 1 week from when they subscribe, or 1 year.....

get a subscription to a mailing list and do it that way.

It sounds like WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin could be what you're looking for.

The autoresponder function can be set to send an email 365 days after a subscriber first signs up.

It has plenty of other features, but you can ignore them if you don't need them.
