Hi

If you are New to this forum then you are one of the lucky ones. I am seeing an increase in sales ( Big Time!) everyday since joining.

The Forum is not only great for increasing profits!, but you learn more through feedback from others.

Some feedback is good and some not so good, but it all helps and overall folks here are great!

Thank-You All

Kind Regards

Tony

New!! Type your message & characters will speak in different languages!

Glad to hear that ;) Now I'm going to give more advice;

- your page has no meta "encoding" tag!!
- Your DOCTYPE claims its xhtml, but the code clearly isn't

lovely site though! As it stands its very welcoming to visitors, but not so much to search engines (they like their encoding and honest doctype's). Basically, you need to change all tags and attributes to lowercase, and enclose all attribute values in speach-marks (or get your web-designer to do it!).

Not sure it's actually his site - seems to be an affiliate link so he's not going to have any control over the site's design. Correct me if I'm wrong of course! :)

The site is currently US, but there will soon be a UK site.

I do have input on the site but the overall site's design is control by the guys in New York.

Like any partnership with a company oversea you need to get feedback from forums like this to know how best to provide the info to folks in your own country.

The British female voices are pretty weird. They could at least have found a British woman to record them, and not an Eastern European! :?

Apart from that, it seems a good idea although some of the demo sites have just gone on too long with their intros, IMO. I think it needs to be snappy & succinct, not to bore the customer to death!

A lot of people thought the product was annoying.

Does anyone want to come forward with figures of how it has improved their site?

I want to make a clear that the product now has a feature that will allow the visitor to only hear the spoken message once.

Also the product can now answer user questions with it's AL software.

Try it for 30 days and get your money back

Whistle Ink

Im glad its increasing ur sales - it hasnt mine!

Anyway I agree with matrix, its pretty obvious whn someone logs on and sees a face moving that theres going to be something with sound. If theres a button and theyre interested they'll click it and listen, if they dont - they dont wanna know.

Fine, lets increase whistles ink's sales.

-Your site needs more pictures; I know what an ink cartridge looks like, but I want to see one on my monitor, with a back-dropped shadow.

-Theres two title tags; search engines will hate this.

-Theres no META Content-type; again with the search-engine alienation

-Change that "Times new Roman" font on all those images (its really not with the go-go 2000's :p)

-That big image at the top needs the text in a block at the right, slightly smaller (different font as mentioned before), there needs to be an ink-cartridge on the left, with the leaf-pattern behind it.

-You need a more prominent navigation bar - I suggest on the left of the page.

-Link images should never have borders! Ever! (Feel free to argue with me people.)

Hope this gets you started, ask if you need any more LOUD advice ;)

Theres some other stuff worth looking at too - some of your tags seem to be misplaced, or incorrectly nested. Also, the DOCTYPE says html but there is some obvious xHtml used (such as closing "single" tags "<link... />").
