I am trying to write a business plan for my new start-up, and have no idea! I have tried so many sites, but the lingo is beyond me. I am not too bad with the written section, but can't make the first sense of any financial / cashflow forecasts.

My business is simple, I'll be a sole trader and will have hardly any outgoings apart from the odd bit of travel fare.

Does anyone have a business plan they could email me as a template/idea? I really am very stuck, and even the 'simple' explanations online are too much for me, because the financial planning sections contain information on buying stock/paying staff etc etc, which I won't need to worry about.
