If you stand still in the SEO world you get swallowed up, what was 'bleeding edge' one year becomes old hat the following years so its important to keep your eyes open and constantly review / tweak / update your website.
Saying that I am sure we all come across over optimisation or poor SEO examples that maybe could teach others about what not to do on their own websites.
So thought it would be good to get a list together of poor seo / over optimisation examples for education reasons.
Will start off with this site

It has about 300 meta keywords - Google do not place any importance to these but they may make a slight difference to Bing / Yahoo, overall their importance is negligible nowdays. The fact that there are so many may adversely affect the the code to text ratio. Not a disaster for the site but much better to have 1 / 2 relevant keywords per page instead of the same list on each page (as ironically it looks like they have done on their other internal pages)
