Hi,
We are a UK based herb & spice business selling online through our website and social media.
We currently only ship to the UK and we have started to get a lot of interest from Europe and overseas so was looking into worldwide shipping, and was looking for some advice in this area.
Our jars are in grams but our labels don't currently have the (e mark) which we assume is mainly for shipping to European countries. We use the minimum system to weigh our bottles but not sure what other weight declaration is required ie; ounces etc on our labels.
As we would like to ship to customers around the globe are there any restrictions and countries we should avoid?
This is a whole new game for us so any advice in this area would be truly appreciated.
