I'm not sure if I am posting in the correct channel, but I am due to start a contract next week with a client, which is outside IR35.
However, in the contract the "deliverables" is blank. So I have asked for this to be established and the key objectives to be within the contract. Surely, working B2B and outside IR35, I should be aware before I start what these are?
The recruitment agent who is hiring me has said there has never been so much back and fourth on such a short term contract. Making me feel like I'm asking for something completely ridiculous?
This is what the recruiter has said the client has said...
She’s said that she can’t share too much detail before the start date but there are 2 areas you’d be involved with.
Improving the app experience for our careers and working with the finance team to redesign their systems that they use. The finance system is something that has been brought in and currently has an employee NPS score of -10, so we need to work with them to capture what is so bad about it, and what is missing
Can someone with any knowledge of IR35 please tell me if I should be pushing for more clarification?
