Hi

I'm looking for recommendations from members who've used a UKBF member for the creation of a Wordpress theme. It's important that it's a standalone theme that's created (imported from the Themes folder via WP admin) so it can be used more than once and not merely a re-write of core existing WP files.

If you've used another member and you're happy with what was provided then I'd be grateful if you could let me know either by PM or here.

Please, no self recommendations.

Cheers and thanks for your help.

I haven't used these companies personally, but I do know that both Redevo and InterconnectIT have created their own generic Wordpress themes for general public use (which I'm guessing you can download and try out just to get a feel of their work).

Dave (Redevo), with his SEO background, might be able to understand more of your advanced SEO requirements too.

Hi all, cheers for your input.

(PS Loving that thanks for asking a question...) Dawg, it always pays to be polite, you should know that.:) Spoke to InterconnectIT yesterday and whilst they do offer the service I'm looking for, I came away feeling that they worked more at the power end of things whereas my requirements are more basic and don't require some of their quite specialist skills. A helpful guy to talk to all the same.

Keith, cheers... I'll drop Stu a line.

Trevor, current workload doesn't allow any leeway for me to do this myself but thanks for the helpful url.

Paul, thanks for your thoughts. I've designed and coded a couple of static sites and been trialing visitor behaviour + page conversions for some time. Now that I know the designs are working very nicely from both an seo and visitor conversion perspective I'm needing the core pages (homepage, product page and 3 slightly different category pages converted into Wordpress Themes so I can roll out sites much quicker. I've looked at Dave's themes in the past and whilst very nice they aren't suitable for my purposes. I might drop him a line though to see what he can offer.

Page, thanks... another vote for Dave.

Webboy, as explained above, I'm looking to have some existing site pages converted into WP Themes.

Cheers all
