How do you add headers to the nav menu that are not clickable?

Some of it i want clickable like the home and contact etc, but other will be like Plumbing with a drop down menu of services, is their a plugin for this sort of thing :|

If you're using the new Menus functionality of WP 3.0, you can add a custom link and for the instead of a URL use a # (pound sign)

You could follow the advice above, or you could manually edit your template, and hard code a navigation area.
The main disadvantage to using the # symbol inside an anchor tag

<a href="#">

is that users will think it's clickable, as the mouse pointer will change shape just like it does on any other link.

Have you considered the option of having the top level menu item as a link that actually goes somewhere. A page that summarises the child categories, or shows a popular selection?
