Wordpress login blocking my IP from server

When I try to login to one of my Wordpress sites wp-login is redirectings, appearing to create a loop and then my IP gets blocked from the server.

GET /wp-login.php?redirect_to=DOMAIN%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

I can login fine using Opera with a VPN

I unblocked my IP but as soon as I tried to login got blocked again

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Do you have any security plugin installed if so check its setting to whitelist your IP. As you are trying a different location IP its considering it as suspicious activity and blocking it.
