If you want a one click install you have to use an application like softalicious.

If you must have one click installation but not Softaculous you'll have to find a host that offers another system of one click installation. Quite a few hosts have white label or propriety installers, just as in the link above.
What is wrong with Softaculous? As long as you harden the install after it is done it should be OK. What am I missing?

Why wouldn't you use softaculous if it's available? If not, manual install isn't exactly complicated.

Yes, why don't you want to use Softaculous omkar? Or is it that you want the convenience of one click installation but don't have Softaculous available? Any decent host should provide one click installation in some form, however we've found Softaculous to be the best installer available.

Otherwise as mentioned manual installation is very straightforward.
Just download wordpress and upload it to your web space via ftp:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
